At First Steps Surrey, we are passionate and committed to fulfilling our primary focus; making sure your child’s feelings and wishes are listened to. We understand that contact might be difficult for some children and therefore we will help to encourage, but ultimately your child’s voice is paramount.

Our quirky and unique Alice in Wonderland themed Contact Centre is inviting, fun and will give families a special contact experience. It helps to create a relaxed, appealing and engaging environment for both children and parents.

We have a great selection of toys, books and other resources for children of all age groups. If you have any requests for activities, such as painting, snack making, water play or anything else, please let us know and we would be happy to set this up in the room before you and your child arrives.

All of our staff are trained, enhanced DBS checked and have appropriate qualifications. Characteristics of our staff include being warm, empathetic, compassionate and friendly whilst remaining professional, efficient and impartial. We are confident that we will provide you with a memorable, quality service.
